Properties and Performance:

• low foaming cooling lubricant emulsion with selected EP agents
• very good wetting and rinsing properties, highly effective corrosion protection
• long service life due to permanent buffering, extraordinary ph value stability

Applications:

eni aquamet TOP EP OM is a universal cooling lubricant for all moderately severe and severe machining processes of aluminium, steels and cast iron.

Recommended application concentration:

Normal machining processes: 5% +/- 1%
Difficult machining operations: 7,0% – 10%
Grinding: 4,0%
Factors: Refractometer – 1,1
