Agip Ulex 100 Is a water-miscible, chlorine-free cooling lubricant

Agip ULEX 100 is a water miscible, mineral oil containing, chlorine free cooling lubricant, universally applicable.

Properties and Performance:

• good stability and corrosion protection
• very good cutting efficiency
• does not contain silicone oils
• boric acid and amine free
• low chemical hazard potential for the skin
• good compatibility with lacquers and elastomeres

Applications:

Ulex 100 ● normal up to heavy machining, all types of chip removal processes, including
grinding ● suitable for the machining of copper non-ferrous metals

Recommended application concentration:

Normal working processes: 5% +/- 1%
Difficult machining operations: 7,0% – 10%
Grinding: 4,0%
Factors: Refractometer – 1,0
