Description

Pneumatic tools and machines need a special lubricant on account of their impulsion with compressed air. As moisture is contained in the compressed air there is a danger of freeze-up, if ambient temperature is – 3 °C or below.

FUCHS RENOLIN SDL 1808 is a fully synthetic pneumatic oil specifically compounded for working conditions in winter temperatures. The moisture of the compressed air is absorbed by RENOLIN SDL 1808, and therefore, the seizing-up of the pneumatic tool is avoided.

Application

For all pneumatic machines and tools, especially those where there is a danger of icing-up – as for instance in cold temperatures in road construction, quarries, shaft sinking, gallery and tunnel driving, etc. Material compatibility In general: polycarbonate and polyamide can be influenced in a negative way – please check. PVC (unplasticized polyvinyl chloride) and glass are compatible with RENOLIN SDL 1808.
