For use in industrial gas turbines and steam turbines. Offers a long Oil life, excellent protection and high efficiency of the turbines. It contributes to that in that the plants always operate efficiently even under the toughest operating conditions can be. So it convinces for example due to excellent oxidation stability and high Resistance to thermal decomposition. In industrial tests Shell Turbo shows S4 X more than twice as resistant to decomposition than the Industry standard. It meets and exceeds the Specifications / requirements leading Turbine manufacturers, including MAN D & T, Siemens, GE and Alstom.
