Agip Aquamet LMS 1008 Is a water-miscible refrigerant
eni aquamet LMS 1008 is a water miscible, mineral oil containing, chlorine free highperformance cooling lubricant, universally applicable.
Properties and Performance:
• low foaming cooling lubricant emulsion with selected EP additives
• very good affinity and rinsing efficiency, highly effective corrosion protection
• meets the TRGS 611
• long operation times due to permanent buffering, extraordinary pH value stability
Applications:
eni aquamet LMS 1008 is a universal cooling lubricant for all moderately severe and severe machining processes of aluminium, steel and cast iron.
Recommended application concentration:
Normal machining processes 5% +/- 1%
Severe machining operations according to requirements 7,0 – 10%
Grinding 4,0%
