Agip metalStanz ST 120 AE is a high-alloyed, not water miscible high performance forming lubricant with polar components and a very high proportion of EP additives.
Properties and Performance:
• very productive forming oil based on mineral oil with polar components
• not water miscible, chlorine free
• leaves a thin oily film, which can be removed with aqueous neutral respectively alkaline cleaners
• high proportion of EP additives
Applications:
Agip metalStanz ST 120 AE is mainly suitable as deep drawing, extrusion and fine cutting oil for the machining of ferrous materials, also for high-tensile chromium-nickel steels. Agip metalStanz ST 120 AE is not suitable for the processing of non-ferrous metals.
