Elaskon SK-H

Elaskon SK-H Is for lubrication of all industrially manufactured wire ropes.

Elaskon SK-H is a primary lubricant for wire ropes, but also being used for the maintenance of wire ropes.

Properties:

Elaskon SK-H is used for industrial used wire ropes. It is best usable especially in the field of Koepe-hoisting. The product is based on the wire rope lubricant Elaskon II Star and contains a solvent. After evapoation of the solvent a film equivalent to Elaskon II Star is formed.

Application:

Elaskon SK-H is supplied in thick liquid form and applicable at normal temperature on cleaned rope surface by spraying, brushing, rolling or that like. Heating up the product to 60- 80°C is possible, if no open flame is being used. For maintenance lubrication a Masto-apparatus may be used. Evaporation of the solvent takes depending on climate conditions 2-8 hours.
