Fuchs Ecocool R – 2030 MB Is a water-miscible cooling lubricant

Description

FUCHS ECOCOOL R – 2030 MB is a biocide free, mineral oilbased, water-miscible cutting fluid for the machining and grinding of aluminium alloys, steel and cast iron.

ECOCOOL R – 2030 MB is free of chlorine, sulphur and phosphorus.

ECOCOOL R – 2030 MB is free of amines which easily form nitrosamines.

ECOCOOL R – 2030 MB produces an extraordinarily long-life, finely-dispersed, stable and beige opalescent
emulsion when mixed with water.

Application

ECOCOOL R – 2030 MB is recommended for all operations on normal and high-alloy steels as well as
roughing to fine-finishing operations on aluminium alloys.

Recommended concentration:

Steel
– general machining: 5 – 8 %
– grinding: 5 – 6 %

Aluminium
– general machining: 5 – 12 %
– grinding: 5 – 6 %
