Description
Klüber Tyreno Fluid M-60VD is a close-fractioned mineral oil.
Application
Working fluid for all types of diffusion pumps. It ensures high pump speeds and a very low ultimate pressure (up to 2 · 10–9 mbar with N2 cold trap).
Application notes
Prior to filling, clean the pumps thoroughly to remove all solid residues. Avoid mixing with other oils, especially with silicone oil.
