High performance and environmentally friendly anti-sticking fluid for the paper industry

Application

• Specifically developed to reduce maintenance of the drying cylinders and web breakage. Q8 Dusart Bio 3.5 can be applied to one of the
cylinders of the dry-end section or it can be blended into the pulp mixture.

Benefits

• Specifically formulated to prevent the web from sticking onto the drying cylinders
• Light in colour, resulting in low contamination of the paper surface
• Readily biodegradable (in accordance with OECD 301B); reduces the impact of any water released into the environment
• Solvent free fluid and low odour level
• Helps extend the maintenance interval of the drying cylinders
• Easily applied by spraying the fluid onto the cylinders or by mixing into the pulp
• Substantially reduces the chance of paper breakage and thus lowers production loss
